Surprisingly EXCELLENT experience despite their renovations in progress. Reasonably priced. Large rooms. Great views of the Hilo lagoon. NO complaints at all. Would return and recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our honeymoon, and it was excellent! Rooms were spacious and clean. The view from our room was incredible! They just remodeled their lobby, which was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Location is awesome with lots of restaurants around. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was a microwave in the room. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time here. It is a bit older, but very good value. Location is fantastic, and the views are great. The pool is not heated so when we were there it was quite cold. They were renovating the lobby, but everyone there was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Parking was free. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great service, plenty of parking, easy to find, and the rooms....are speculator! Views are amazing!!! Water to fish or swim right outside the hotel.

It's a nice hotel with clean rooms and ocean views. I liked that the mini fridge actually worked and made my beers ice cold. They give you $5 coupons for the already overpriced buffet; we didn't use them. There was no ice maker anywhere which was odd. You would expect such things in a tropical location. Our room was not spacious enough and it did not have a desk and chair. The TV was so small with no HDMI connection.
